Archiving keeps records of sent and received emails, all stored in a folder. These emails can be accessed at a later date should the need arise.
- Click File

2. Click on Tools and select Clean Up Old Items.

3. Click on email address.

2. Under Archive items older than, enter a date.

3. Click Browse to select location to save archived emails (.pst file).

4. Archived emails will appear in the Folder Pane on Outlook.

5. Rename Archives folder
Right-click on Archives and select Data File Properties.

6. Archives Properties dialogue box is displayed.
Click on Advanced.

7. Remove text Under Name and write 2021 and click Apply and OK.

8. The Archived emails can be found under 2021 in the Outlook Folder Pane.
